Developed online help for a new browser-based financial analysis tool. Worked with the project team to determine the documentation needs for the project and created all required materials. Created a PowerPoint presentation for user training. Assisted with writing test cases and performed QA testing to verify functionality and identify bugs. Created other documentation as needed, including installation guides and product welcome kit. Used tools including RoboHelp, MS Word, GitHub, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Used documentation tools such as FrameMaker, MS Office products, RoboHelp, Adobe Acrobat, WebWorks, and Visio to prepare deliverables in various formats. Worked with the release manager to ensure that all products were consistently delivered on time and met the needs of the audience for the document.
